Tiny Bubbles

It's a beautiful Sunday afternoon today in Los Angeles! This calls for a Nuvo Dream. A Nuvo Dream is a shimmery pretty cocktail named after the sparkling vodka it calls for, but in my opinion, the star of the show is the St. Germain liqueur, a subtle, delicious spirit made from elder flowers. If you've not tried it, you should. Our good friend Sergio Perera gave us a bottle, and our rule is that it is only to be savored on days like today. You'll need:

Freshly-squeezed Orange Juice

Ice Cubes
Sliced Strawberries
Sparkling Vodka
Champagne, Cava, Prosecco, or any other sparkling wine

and of course...

St. Germain

In your glass, pour 1 oz. of the orange juice; add the ice cubes and some of the sliced strawberries. Pour 1 oz. vodka, 2 oz. St. Germain. Top off with the champagne.
