We all know exercising does a chock full of goodness for us, so just consider this a reminder.
According to dermatologist Katie Rodan, along with lifting your mood, exercise increases blood flow to the skin, causing a healthy-looking flush. Another immediate and more long-term benefit of exercise is that it's been shown to decrease tension and reduce cortisol levels, which results in better skin. Cortisol levels rise in times of stress, leading to acne and other skin annoyances. Lessen your cortisol spikes, and skin will become smoother and clearer.
The taut butt it gives you doesn't hurt, either.
