Cristobal's Next Present

In our on-going efforts to eat healthier, my husband Chris has been making spaghetti strands out of zucchini. We have a really nice mandoline to make them with, but this thing is kind of cool. It's called the Spirelli de Gefu Cooktoy. You're still limitied to the veg length, but you can vary the thickness of the Julienne, and it's safer than the mandoline. At roughly $32.00, it's an OK-buy. I'll wait for Bed Bath & Beyond's version.
