Caviar

Most people find caviar intimidating...or just gross. If you fall into either of these categories, try this. Not as pricey as Beluga, Golden Osetra is buttery and not too heady or fishy (Beluga's the mildest but also the most expensive). And in keeping with the haute frugal theme, you can find it here for a lot less, and you can use it this way, this way, or this way (just remember to put it in last or it will toughen up and really be gross).

Chanel bottle optional.
